Sanjay Rai

Sanjay has over 23 years of IT industry experience in the areas of Sales, Program Management, Account Management and Project Management. His experience involves working across the globe in these areas. He has been successful in selling and developing large multi million dollar accounts across the globe. He also has couple of successful entrepreneurial ventures in India with his first one coming straight after the engineering school. He has successfully Program and Project managed large projects involving from 50 to 500 people and have managed to transition these projects for offshore development in the shortest period of time. He has been managing offshore project transition from its nascent stages in 1990. He has a happy go lucky attitude but with a difference of being stickler for details and bound by time. He is an engineering graduate from one of the Premier Engineering Schools in India – IIT, Kanpur.

Pratip K Mallik |
Pratip K Mallik known as Mallik has over 16 years of IT industries experience in the area of Software Development, Design and Solution Architecture across the globe for F500 companies . His experience includes leading software design and development teams for verticals such as FMCG, Finance, Insurance, Textiles, Education and Government sectors on technologies ranging from character based platforms like COBOL, BASIC, Pascal to GUI tools like Delphi, Openroad and Powerbuilder and leading edge technologies such as Oracle 9i, Microsoft .NET and J2EE. He has developed estimation methodology for IT systems and has complete understanding of quality systems including ISO 9000, CMM and Six Sigma. He has done his post graduation in Management from XLRI. His sense of humor and innovative approach allows him to integrate with teams quickly and synergize to deliver results.

Hiren Shah |
Hiren has over 16 years of IT industry experience in area of software delivery management and technology management. He has headed a team of over 350 people delivering mission critical complex projects in India, Europe and the USA. His experience includes technology management and competence building for large teams on newer technologies. He was closely involved in collaboration with Microsoft and Oracle during the launch of their DotNet and Portals frameworks. He has implemented ISO 9000 and CMM quality systems for delivering projects predictably to F500 customers. His technical and managerial capabilities have helped build vibrant project teams that can delivery results in challenging environment. Hiren brings his own style to achieve this, which is an optimum blend of firmness, encouragement, backing up his guys and tremendous empathy for his team.
He is an Engineering Graduate from SPCE, University of Mumbai ( Bombay ) with first class honors.
