- Ability to Manage IT project
- Ability to define project execution strategy
- ISO 9001 or CMM level 5 process implementation experience
- Ability to evaluate commercials for the entire project
- Ability to collate data and prepare a status report
- Vendor Relationship Management
- Good Communication Skills
- Should have managed projects with team sizes over 40+ people
- Technology experience of Mainframes, UNIX, Microsoft, client server and web applications
- Expertise on different development methodologies, tools, platforms and systems architectures.
